About Sara:
As the National Lifestyle Director for BlueStar Resort & Golf, Sara implements and oversees a vast array of local and national programs, all driven around the core principle of Enhancing Members’ Lives. While each of the communities is uniquely different, the Homeowner Members are all interested in making new friends and enjoying their lives to the fullest. Also, as part of the BlueStar marketing team, Sara collaborates directly with the communities’ Lifestyle Directors & Coordinators throughout the country, working tirelessly to support their goals.

About Dan:
As the East Coast Operational Support for the BlueStar Leadership Team, Dan oversees a Club of his own as well as the team in Mosaic at West Creek. No stranger to the hospitality business, Dan has lived and worked in resorts and National Parks coast to coast, from Hawaii to North Carolina, and has served as the General Manager at Private Clubs in Colorado, New Jersey, and North Carolina. He also completed a stint as a backcountry Law Enforcement Ranger for the National Park Service in Zion, Grand Teton, and Rocky Mountain National Parks.

As Lifestyle Coordinator, Krisa will focus on creating and implementing lifestyle activities and events to showcase and promote Mosaic at West Creek. Born and raised in the Midwest, Krisa earned a B.S. degree in Human Resources and Family Studies from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. Before moving to Richmond, Krisa enjoyed a comprehensive career in higher education at Carl Sandburg College, producing community education courses and trips for active adults and then went on to manage alumni events and activities at Washington University in St. Louis. With a strong commitment to engaging adults in enrichment opportunities, she looks forward to growing a strong community program by creating unique experiences with exceptional customer service.
Outside of work, Krisa enjoys volunteering weekly for FeedMore, hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, gardening, and is also mildly obsessed with playing card games with family and friends.

Mosaic at West Creek’s Community Manager, Julie Joyner, also serves as the Assistant General Manager of Genesis Community Management, where the team strives to ensure that homeowners, residents, and volunteers enjoy their best life every day. Julie, a 21+ year resident of Richmond, lives in the historic Ginter Park neighborhood with her husband and two sons.
